Liderada por Roberto Coronado Donoso como presidente, junto a Laura Assante Santib\u00e1\u00f1ez (secretaria) y Susana D\u00edaz Rojas (tesorera), la organizaci\u00f3n surge con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de personas con discapacidad y sus allegados.<\/p>\n<p>El origen de SER-DEM remonta a un curso de gastronom\u00eda que, seg\u00fan Coronado Donoso, enfrent\u00f3 diversos problemas de organizaci\u00f3n y recursos, lo que motiv\u00f3 a los participantes a organizarse y buscar soluciones. Gracias a las gestiones realizadas, recibieron apoyo del SENADIS y FOSIS, incluyendo la entrega de hornos industriales, adem\u00e1s de la realizaci\u00f3n de nuevos cursos de gastronom\u00eda. Esto les permiti\u00f3 vislumbrar la importancia de la organizaci\u00f3n y el trabajo colectivo.<\/p>\n<p>SER-DEM tiene como misi\u00f3n principal fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n social y laboral de personas con discapacidad, garantizando igualdad de oportunidades y adaptaci\u00f3n en los entornos laborales.
