Dicha carpeta contiene informaci\u00f3n sensible, como testimonios y peritajes realizados por el Servicio M\u00e9dico Legal (SML).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 *La Segunda*, el acceso se detect\u00f3 gracias a un sistema implementado por el fiscal nacional, \u00c1ngel Valencia, que permite rastrear qui\u00e9n accede a la informaci\u00f3n, registrando nombre, apellido y la regi\u00f3n correspondiente. A ra\u00edz de esto, se inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n interna y una causa penal desde la Fiscal\u00eda Centro Norte.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en la Fiscal\u00eda Centro Norte, liderada por el fiscal Xavier Armend\u00e1riz, existe preocupaci\u00f3n por la comunicaci\u00f3n entre el director general de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaciones (PDI), Eduardo Cerna, y la ministra del Interior, Carolina Toh\u00e1, respecto a la investigaci\u00f3n de Monsalve.
